Turkey's Craw Bean
Product Details
This seed is said to have been found in a turkeys craw, hence it was named after it. This variety is a pole bean that can be used as either a snap bean or a dry bean. Also know as turkey breast beans or turkey eye beans. These beans can be harvested in 60-90 days and can be eaten fresh like green beans, with a lovely sweet, rich, buttery and meaty flavor. They can also be canned or frozen.
