The pleasant nutty flavour of sunflower sprouts is a pleasure in salads, mixed into nut and seed balls as well as added to stir-fry’s and sandwiches.

They are typically called Sunflower Soaks as they are hardly sprouted before you can use them, however the flavours change and they become succulent and tasty.

Best used before they the skins start to darken and discolour, this does not affect the taste, just the eye appeal.

Discolouration generally starts at around day 3 or 4.
