Romanesco Broccoli
Product Details
A true Italian heirloom variety, producing beautiful lime-green heads with stunning whorls, which forms a fractal pattern. Although commonly called a broccoli it is actually a cauliflower.It’s unusual shape makes a good conversation point at dinner parties, and a New York food critic once even called it: “an alien vegetable from outer space”. It is frost hardy and grows well in cooler areas, may not do well in the warmer tropics. Plants grows taller and wider than other broccoli and cauliflowers.
