An open pollinated dwarf white pak choi variety, with compact habit. Produces plump, juicy white stems that contrast with lightly savoyed dark green leaves. Also known as Baby or Squat Pak Choi. Pak choi can be grown either as a cut-and-come-again crop, or you can harvest them as a mature plant.
