A delicious sprout with a sweet and nutty flavour. Great in salads and on sandwiches. This sprout has a slow germination and thus takes 10-15 days before you can harvest/ use them. This can be used as either a Sprout or a Micro-green.
They look like long thin micro-scallions when they are ready to be used. Rinse these sprouts approximately 3 times a day.Without a doubt the most consumed sprout in the world. When a recipe calls for bean sprouts, this is probably the sprout that you will be using.
