The brassicas in this blend are high in cruciferous phyto-nutrients, well known for their action against carcinogens. Our blend contains Turnips, White Clover, Mustard, Radish and Alfalfa seeds.

Simple to sprout, they will be ready to start eating in 4-7 days. Eat them raw as a garnish a full ingredient or just drop them into your meal just before serving.
