A really great sprout, simple and quick to grow. One of our all-time favourites, starts out sweet developing a rich deep flavour at the sprout grows.
Used in Asian cooking, in salads, on sandwiches or just thrown into a stir-fry, lentils are great win in the kitchen.
A good source of protein (>13%), Amino Acids, It is also a good source of Thiamin (Vit B1), Iron, Phosphorus and Copper, and an excellent source of Vitamin C, Folate and Manganese.
