Product Details
This heirloom corn variety is recognized for its deep-purple to black kernels and white cob. It is a medium height corn and grows to around 1.5 meters tall. It produces up to 10 cobs per plant. They are best picked as a sweetcorn in the milk stage before they colour up, or you can let them dry for maize meal. The meal is a stunning blue colour and kids love to eat it.
